Patient and Client Care

Our medical support team is the heart and soul of our hospital.

When you walk through our front door, you will be greeted by some of the nicest people in Yuma; our Client Care Specialists. They gather information, answer questions and help determine the type of care your pet requires. Although we can’t control the number or critical nature of some appointments and emergencies we see, our Client Care Specialist strive to keep your appointments on schedule and help you quickly and efficiently, ever time you call or come in.

Behind the scenes, our Certified Veterinary Technicians and Tech Assistants are always busy caring for the sick and injured. We count on these health care professionals to aid our doctors in surgery, monitoring, emergencies, giving medications, and in all other aspects of your pet’s medical care.¬†They are the watchful eyes that help monitor your pet’s condition and generally help your pet feel at home while they are in the hospital. They love animals and always make your pet’s comfort their top priority.

Our patient and client care teams continually undergo training, both on site and at recognized seminars to stay current with medical advances and progressive customer service. Together, these team members work tirelessly to ensure you and your pet receive friendly assistance and a high level of care.

Everyone was kind and caring, not just with Katie and me, but with other clients. Upon our third visit, I was amazed how many different people greeted us by name.
